Save The Trees & New Toy
Yes Yes, I bought me a new toy earlier this week, its the Fisheye 2 from Lomography. Picked it up on Monday at Urban Outfitters, it's been out for a while but got a steal, wasn't about to dish out $70+ on it but luckily while I was in Santa Monica picking up my footage from Filmworks FX, I found an opened box and it was missing the viewfinder so I got it for 60% off (best find ever). I've shot a couple pics with it but I'll have them developed sometime next week to show the goodies.
As far as the 16mm footage I shot for class, that will be up on the site as soon as I do some minor editing.
Here are some other pics from Monday in Santa Monica, Darrell and I were at the Active Skate Shop and there were protesters on 4th Street trying to save the trees from being replaced.
